Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We hope you love your Barmade product but if you are not happy please reach out to us at info@barmadeproject.com so we can help resolve your concern.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

Certain items such as gift cards and shipping charges are not eligible for a return or refund

Refunds

A proof of purchase must accompany all refund or replacement request so we may accurately track your purchase and payment method. We will review your return request upon receipt and reach out if any additional information is needed.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Processing time varies depending on your bank.

Damaged Items

We will replace items damaged during shipping. Please take a picture of the shipping box and damage item immediately and send to info@barmadeproject.com. Please also include proof of purchase so we may process a replacement for your damaged item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Barmade Project, 205 Keaton Ave, Wilmington, NC 28403

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
